General Rental Policy
- Daily Rates – Rentals are charged per calendar day, not by the hour. Any extra hours will be billed as a full day.
- Fuel – Fuel is not included. You’ll need to refuel the car before returning it.
- Driving License – You must have held a valid driving license for at least 2 years. A photocopy is required.
- Security Deposit – A refundable deposit of ₹3000 is required (higher for premium cars).
- Damages – Any damage, theft, or major accident costs will be fully borne by the renter. Repairs must be done only through authorized dealers.
- Cleanliness – If the car is returned excessively dirty, a ₹300 cleaning fee will apply.
- Service Hours – We operate 24/7 for your convenience.
- Pickup & Drop – Available at an extra charge based on your location.
- Car Availability – Bookings are confirmed by category, not by specific model, and are subject to availability.
- Long-Term Rentals – Special discounts available — just ask us!
Restrictions –
- No photography from the roof or bonnet of the car (deposit may be forfeited and legal action taken).
- No beach driving — it’s illegal and punishable.
- Cars cannot leave Goa as per RTO rules.
- Seasonal Pricing – December rates differ due to peak season.
Pricing Policy
- All prices are on a per-day basis.
- First-time renters: Minimum booking is 2 days.
- A “day” is calculated from 9:00 AM to 9:00 AM the next day.
- Full payment (rental fee + pickup/delivery charges + deposit) is required in advance on Day 1.
Cancellation Policy
- We understand that plans can change! Here’s how cancellations work:
- 25% cancellation fee if canceled 48 hours or more before pickup time.
- No cancellations or refunds within 48 hours of pickup or for no-shows.
- You can cancel via Call, WhatsApp, or Email.
- During festive seasons or special occasions (e.g., Dussehra, Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year), cancellations/refunds are not allowed for promotional or limited-time bookings.
- In case of major damage, the renter is liable for full repair costs (through authorized dealers only).
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days after cancellation confirmation.
- The refund will be sent to your original payment method.
